Basso SV Super Record
Sempre Veloce
Crafted by us. Perfected by you.
From the Latin phrase semper velocem, meaning always fast, the Basso SV represents a philosophy where aerodynamics, lightness and handling combine with comfort and adaptability. The result is a performance road bike designed to transform every rider into the fastest version of themselves.
The SV blends Italian craftsmanship with modern engineering to create a bike that delivers speed without sacrificing ride quality. Every detail has been carefully considered to provide a ride experience that is both thrilling and refined.
Building a Rider-Focused Performance Bike
Unlike bikes developed purely around the demands of professional racing, the SV was designed with everyday riders in mind. This approach allowed Basso to focus on what passionate cyclists truly value: comfort, fit and speed.
Working alongside professional bike fitting specialists and supported by advanced data analysis and artificial intelligence, Basso gained deeper insight into how riders interact with their bikes. The result is a performance road platform built around real-world riding.
Whether you’re chasing a personal best, tackling long climbs or simply enjoying the feeling of riding a beautifully engineered Italian bike, the SV is designed to elevate every moment on the road.
Speed in Every Shade
At Basso, colour is treated with the same attention as performance. Every finish on the SV is carefully designed to complement the bike’s sleek lines and aerodynamic form.
These distinctive paint options don’t just add visual appeal. They celebrate the character of the bike itself, ensuring the SV stands out on the road as much as it performs on it.
Light. Fast. Thrilling.
Weighing just 780g, the SV frame uses carefully refined carbon construction to maximise stiffness while minimising aerodynamic drag. Every tube profile and structural element is engineered to convert power directly into forward motion.
The result is a road bike that accelerates effortlessly, responds instantly to rider input and delivers precise, confident handling when the pace increases.
Smooth. Adaptable. Comfortable.
At Basso, performance is only meaningful when it is paired with comfort. The SV redefines what a high-performance road bike can feel like by combining advanced geometry with thoughtful design details that improve rider comfort.
The frame’s balanced design allows it to remain efficient under power while smoothing road vibrations and maintaining stability over long distances. This adaptability ensures the SV performs equally well on demanding climbs, fast descents and long days in the saddle.
The result is a road bike that delivers true performance without compromise, allowing every rider to push further, ride faster and enjoy every kilometre along the way.
